Join Wild Yoga on our next Guided Yoga Hike in Schunnemunk State Park! Kelly Rice (NYS DEC Licensed Hiking Guide, Certified Yoga Instructor) will lead us on a hiking trail, where we'll pause to practice yoga while immersed in the beautiful woods.

When: Saturday, July 18th at 930am (rain date Sunday, July 19th)
Where: Schunnemunk State Park
Parking: 340 Otterkill Rd, Salisbury Mills, NY 12577
Trail: Trestle to Jessup to Otterkill
Mileage: ~5 miles
Difficulty: Moderate-to-Challenging
Duration: ~4 hours (including hike, yoga, breaks)
You will need to bring water, snacks, hiking boots/sneakers, weather-appropriate clothing & layers, bug spray. A towel is optional for practice.
This is an outdoor event, so please prepare accordingly for your own needs while outside. Every student must be aware of their individual physical limitations and be responsible for their own medical needs. Bring any supplies needed to ensure your health and safety while on this guided event and notify the teacher before the hike of any concerns or questions.

Trail: White/Teal trail to Jupiter’s Boulder
