  • Vinyasa Level I

  • Vinyasa All Levels

    This class connects breath with movement through a series of flowing poses designed to develop flexibility and balance, both inside and out. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify and adjust based on your needs.

  • Sunrise Suryas

    60 minutes

    This class honors the roots of Surya Namaskar and explores variations of the Sun Salutation to build strength, spark inner heat, and steady the mind. A vibrant way to connect with the foundations of Yoga and awaken the body from the inside out.

  • Mellow Movement (Gentle)

    60 minutes

    This class offers a smooth, supportive sequence to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Expect a calming rhythm, thoughtful transitions, and space to move with intention.

  • Slow Flow Vinyasa

    60 minutes

    This class is a slower, intentional vinyasa designed to stoke your internal fire. Poses are held with purpose, creating strength, stability, and deep focus. The pace may be unhurried, but the work is real. Join this class to root down and rise warm. All levels are welcome.

  • Sunset Yoga in the Wilderness

    60 minutes

    Join us for a summer of yoga in the wilderness! We will be having an outdoor class at St John's Church in the Wilderness in Harriman State Park. Bring a blanket or mat, water bottle, and bug spray. This is a class for those who enjoy a gorgeous sunset, chirping birds, and leaves rustling in the gentle breeze. We will practice at the studio on rainy days!

  • Barre

    60 minutes

    This class utilizes elements pulled from ballet, strength training, and cardio to help build full-body strength, improve posture, and increase energy. In this low-impact, high-intensity workout, you'll be building serious heat in this class. Bring water!

  • Yoga-Barre Fusion

    60 minutes

    This class blends the elements of Barre and Yoga all in one hour. We will start by building heat with a low-impact, high-intensity workout using key exercises you'll find in a Barre class, which help develop full-body strength. The second part of class is where we return to grounding and movement that encourages mobility and mindfulness.

  • Soften and Surrender (Yin)

    60 minutes

    This monthly class is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for 3 to 7 minutes. With the use of props, Yin yoga invites the body to relax while placing positive stress on the fascia, ligaments, and joints, allowing them to gently open and creating space to notice sensation.

    This class is intended to leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and present in the body.
